Bob and family, John and I are in Florida and just found out from Al and Rosezann about Eleanor's passing! We want you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers as you have been for a long time now! Eleanor was a very special lady and I was proud to call her my friend. I would loved to have visited her during her illness but certainly respected her wishes ,so prayers were always there for her and for you! Sorry we are not there to go to see you but please know we are there in spirit for sure! Take care and hopefully we will get to see you sometime in the Spring!!!!!

Dear Bob, We both are so very sad and sorry to hear about your lovely wife Eleanor passing away. She was a beautiful and wonderful lady. I always loved talking to her, as she always was so bubbly and happy. We knew we were always welcomed into your home and have enjoyed a few cups of tea with you both. I remember when Mike and I flew to England out of Fredericton and we asked if we could leave our car in your yard and if she would drive us and pick us up at the airport and there was absolutely no hesitation, as she answered yes I would love to and we really appreciated Eleanor doing that for us.( We knew she was there waiting, as we could hear the screams out of Ava Rose saying Aunt Lowie and Uncle Mickie is here). Would have loved to been able to have gone to visit with you both during her illness but we wanted to respect her wishes. Hope the little Thinking Of You and Hello Cards I sent helped in some way to lift her spirits and to let you both know that we were thinking of you. Our sincere sympathy, prayers and thoughts is extended to you at this time of sorrow. Remember we are only a phone call away if you need to chat with us over coffee or tea. If there is anything that we can do to help in any way please do not hesitate to call us, we will be there for you anytime. Lois & Mike Gillespie

Cherish the memories that you all had together over all the years. Always remind Ava Rose and Mason what a lovely Grammie that they had. Ava asked me several times on Monday and Tuesday when she was here with us (Who was going to take her camping at the Yoga Bear Park if something happens to her Grammie). It was so sad to hear Ava say those words as she knew what was going to happen. Be patient and kind with her to help mend her broken heart. Our thoughts, prayers and sincere sympathy is extended to you, Sheri and to my wonderful Ava Rose and Mason. Love Aunt Lowie and Uncle Mickie Gillespie

Bob, We were shocked and so sorry to hear about Eleanor. Hard to believe 22 years ago we were the new kids on the campbell road block. You and Eleanor were the most gracious neighborhood welcoming committee at the top of the hill. The kids still comment on your decorations for the seasons and the great snowmen you used to build. It was that, the great summer swimming lesson at you house, and the way you both were so great to the neighborhood kids that we still affectionly call the house " Brown's house" it is a definte testimony to the kind heart Eleanor and you both have. Bless you at this hard time and take comfort with the boys and now your beautiful grandchildren. Eleanor was a super wonderful lady and will be missed by many she touched.
