To all the Keenan family, so sorry to hear of Charlies passing. At first I thought there must be two Charlie Keenans as I couldn't believe it. He was a great friend and neighbor growing up on Church Street or " the back street" as we referred to it. Always a great worker. In high school he had a job with the railroad clearing the snow from the rail yard switches and also the fire hydrates in town. As mentioned he always had respect and interest for the elders in town. When ever he was back to Bath he seemed to be able to take time to visit. Often times he would stop to see Mom and Dad and ask about everyone to catch up on the news of Monquart.
He will be missed by many.

Maxine and the Extended Keenan Family,
My thoughts are with you during this time of grief. I have fond memories of Charlie. Frank and Margaret's family were like my sisters and brothers. I remember the times that we all spent together, despite how long ago it was. Whenever we came to visit, we were served tea, various treats and entertainment around the piano and whatever other instruments were sitting around. Having spent 4 formative years of my life in Newfoundland, Maxine, we share a common heritage. Having been officially "Screeched In", I forevermore love the people of Newfoundland as family as well.
I will say a prayer and ask God to help ease the pain at this moment.
Love and Deepest Sympathy,
Grace Keenan

You’ll be missed, uncle Charlie!
As this day of sorrow comes, tears in our eyes, loneliness in our
hearts,
we say goodbye.
Thank You for sharing your life with uS,
without you, we will not know the love of God for us.
For you are a blessing in our eyes.
We thank the Lord for sharing you with us.
He has given us a great gift that we will never forget.
Even as the sun sets and the rain falls down.
God is indeed amazing, for knowing who we need.
I will see you later, uncle Charlie.. Love you!
Love,
Dallas, Caleb & Daniel
