Obituary of Ruth Boucher

The death of Ruth Boucher, of Quispamsis, wife of the late Joseph Boucher, occurred on Sunday, June 17, 2018 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on June 12, 1932, in Wermelskirchen, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Eugen and Auguste (Leven) Wipperfeld. Ruth will be sadly missed by her grandchildren; Katelyn and Brandon Kirk, both of Quispamsis, great granddaughter Jade, and special friends Carol and Dave Erksine Besides her husband, and parents, Ruth was predeceased by her daughter Diane Kirk, son in law Richard Kirk, sisters; Ilse, and Lilli, and brother Willi. In keeping with Ruth's wishes, there will be no funeral service. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (849-2119). A gathering of friends will take place at the family home at 35 Queensbury Drive on Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 1-5 PM. Interment to take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick.
