Obituary of Norma Carelton Parker
Norma Carleton Parker, wife of the late Donald Parker, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Kings Way Care Centre, surrounded by her family.
Born on August 29, 1916, she was a daughter of the late Stewart and Harriett (Eaton) Alcorn. Norma was employed with Eaton's in Berwick, Halifax, and Saint John for several years.
Norma is survived by her children; Barry Parker (Starr) of Moncton, NB, and Sue Mullett (Fred) of Quispamsis, grandchildren; Troy and Joli Donaldson, and Alix Spurlock, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband and parents, Norma is predeceased by five sisters, and two brothers.
As per Norma's request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Interment will take place at Berwick Cemetery, Berwick, NS, at a later date. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (849-2119). Remembrances in memory of Norma, may be made to the IWK Children's Hospital.
