Danny, Jeff, and Stephanie We're terribly sorry to hear about this news, of course not just Dianne's passing but the time which led up to it as well. It can be a long and painful journey. We're also sorry that we won't be home in time to support you during the wake and funeral. I'm booked to arrive in Saint John on July 6 and if you're available I hope to have the chance to see each of you then. Unfortunately Tae won't be able to join me this year but I'll be home for about 6 weeks so that should be enough time to arrange something. Whatever is convenient for you. When someone passes it is hard to know what to say and usually what ends up coming out are words like "warm", "kind", "loving", etc... I'm afraid I'm also limited to these recycled expressions, but just because they were used repeated before doesn't make them any less true. If any of these words are insufficient it is only because Dianne's warmth and kindness reach beyond our capacity to express. Dianne was so warm and kind! I never saw her upset or heard her complain, not when I was young, nor when we got together at Dan and Kathy's cottage last summer. She was such a loving and compassionate soul whose grace and dignity can't be exaggerated, and we sincerely mean that. Take care of yourselves. Love, Brian and Tae lin
