I was so very sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. As clients, my husband and I enjoyed chatting at the store. He was a pleasure to deal with. After my husband’s death in 2023, he assured me that ,if I needed information or service for our fireplace, , he’d look after me. He didn’t want me to worry.
He often mentioned his wife and loved their poodles. Will miss his warm personality. My sincere condolences to family members.
