So very sorry to hear that Claude has passed. I had the pleasure of knowing him and Evelyn when I worked the desk at Shannex Jubilee. He was such a pleasure to get to know. Always a smile on his face. I'm sure he will be missed by many. Rest in peace Claude.

Sorry to hear of Claude's passing. As a boy I marvelled as this 2 time Canadian C-1 Champion introduced me to skiing. His picture can still be viewed in the club house of the Rideau Canoe Club in Ottawa as Canadian Champion of the 1950's. He was a great guy and we think of him often during the years though he was hundreds of miles away.
Rest in peace cousin, we don't forget you.

We are so very sad to lose such a stellar human being, friend and neighbour. Claude was a most impressive man, highly intelligent, incredibly articulate and had a killer sense of humour that you had to get up early in the morning to catch! His competitive nature, especially I understand from Mom, in skiing, made him a formidible companion in leisure pursuits. John and I enjoyed our friendship with Claude thoroughly, he enriched our lives and was a good friend to my Mom and Dad for years. Here he is, pictured with me, at one of our Chapel Hill garden parties when we lived across the street. RIP dear Claude, you have left the world a better place. Give Mom and hug for me! Our most heartfelt condolances to the entire family. xo
