Deepest sympathies to the Shonoman family. My mother Laura and I have only known Eileen and Mel for a short time when she moved in as Mom's roommate at Kingsway. Heaven has obviously gained a beautiful angel - her friendship was instant with us! Despite illness, she continued to take care of people and promised me she's always watching out for mom. Kindness like that won't be forgotten. You left your mark sweet Eileen!

Dear Lorraine, Edward, John and Peggy, I want to pass along to you my deepest condolences on the passing of your Mom. Eileen was a very good person who had many struggles in her life. She was a great mother to all of you and loved you all dearly. She was the ultimate "mama bear" when it came to you guys. She will always be remembered as someone you could always count on. She helped my Mom( your grandmother) so much and for that I will always be grateful to her. With us being only a couple years apart in age, we would have some great conversations. She was the only person that I wrote to when I moved away. She will be missed by so many.
