Obituary of Wilfred Harris Reinhart
Surrounded by his loving family, the death of Wilfred Reinhart of Quispamsis, husband of Eva (Landry) Reinhart, occurred on Wednesday, March 29, 2017, peacefully at his home.
Wilfred was born on January 8, 1934 in Saint John, NB, he was the son of the late Wilford and Ann (Whipple) Reinhart.
Buddy was a devoted husband of 60 years, father, grandfather and great grandfather, he will be greatly missed. Buddy loved life, he enjoyed spending time with friends and family playing golf, hunting, fishing and in his early days, baseball and bowling. He was a longtime member of Branch 58 Royal Canadian Legion, he was stationed in Germany in the Canadian Armed Forces.
Wilfred is survived by his wife Eva, sons; Wilfred (Karen), Michael (Kim), daughters; Ann Marie (Brian), Patsy (Paul), sixteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his sister Marty Wilson.
The family would like to thank Extra Mural for their excellent Care of Buddy, making it possible for him to be surrounded by his loved ones at home.
Resting at Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis, NB (506-849-2119) with visiting on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A Legion Tribute Service will be held during visitation at 7 PM. Memorial Service will take place at Kennebecasis Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, April 3, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Interment to take place at St. Luke's Anglican Cemetery, Quispamsis, at a later date. In Lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Children's Wish Foundation or the IWK.
