Obituary of Norma Carol Hamilton
The death of Norma Carol Hamilton of Quispamsis, NB, occurred on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at the Saint John Regional Hospital.
Born on May 13, 1942, in Fredericton, NB, she is the daughter of Eileen (Fanjoy) Jones and the late Theron Jones. Norma was employed with the Telegraph Journal for thirty-five years until her retirement. Norma loved dogs, she was the founder and current president of the Maritimes Group Seven Club, and a member of the NB Kennel Club, CSSA and CCSSA. Norma taught obedience classes for dogs, and was a Canadian Kennel Club Judge for Rally and Obedience.
Norma is survived by her mother, Eileen Jones of Quispamsis.
Resting at Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (849-2119) with visiting on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral Service will be held at Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Interment to take place at Waterborough Baptist Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Maritime Group Seven Club or to a charity of the donor's choice.
