Sending my deep condolences. Passing is sadder when a real good man succumbs to a cursed disease. He was one of the persons I first met, having moved here in '03. I always enjoyed chatting with him. Time to rest and drink beer with all the firefighters up above. May God bless.

Jane, Darren, Tiffany and family, so very sorry to hear of Bud's passing. Memories go back to the store, when Brett and I would bike up for candy. Then the times I babysat Darren and Tiffany and Bud would tease me about all the homework I brought with me to do. A wonderful man who will be missed.

Dear Jane and family: please accept our most sincere condolences. We are all so sorry to hear of Bud’s passing. He was such a funny and kind-hearted person. He made us feel so welcome when we visited you all at Long Reach a few years ago. You and he took us to Fernhill Cemetery because I mentioned I was researching the Withers family. As we walked around the graveyard, Bud turned to Isamu and said: “this sure beats Disney, doesn’t it?” Love to you all, Nancy, Al and Isamu

Many memories of Bud spoiling us at the store, and teasing us endlessly but my favorite memory is when Tiffany and I got the atc stuck over by the duck pond...he was pretty annoyed to have to come push it out but instead of being angry he teased me for years about not being able to drive. Pretty sure I wasn't allowed to drive it after that.
