Obituary of Margaret Anne Dunlop

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Margaret “Anne” Dunlop announces her passing on, Friday, May 28, 2021, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Anne was born on Nov. 12, 1931 in Bermuda and was the daughter of the late, Thomas and Mary (West) Wyatt.

During her life Anne loved to spend her time knitting, sewing, tending to her gardening and listening to music. Her favourite activity was spending time with her family and especially her beloved grand and great-grandchildren.

Anne is survived by her son, Bill (Karen) Dunlop; her daughters, Mary (Tom) Wright, Sherry Middleton and Linda (Kevin) Reid; her brother, John (Norma) Wyatt; her twelve beloved grandchildren, her fifteen great grandchildren; son-in-law, Don Downey; her special niece and nephew; and her two great-nephews. Besides her parents, Anne was predeceased by her husband, Frank Robert “Bob” Dunlop; and her daughters, Catherine Downey and Susan Martin.

Arrangements are under the care of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Rd, Quispamsis, (849-2119), where a private family service will be held from the funeral home chapel. Interment will take place in Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Donations made in memory of Anne may be given to Alzheimer Society or the Canadian Cancer Society.
