Obituary of Charlotte Amelia Fullerton

The death of Charlotte Fullerton of the Kings Way Care Centre, Quispamsis, formerly of Long Reach and Holderville, wife of the late Raymond Fullerton, occurred Thursday, December 16th, 2010, at her residence. Born in Holderville, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin “Thurlow” and Grace (Crawford) Henderson. Charlotte was a member of Peninsula Heritage and the Peninsula Pearls’ Seniors. She was active with St. James A.C.W. and was a faithful member of St. James Anglican Church in the parish of Kingston. Charlotte enjoyed many new friendships and various activities at Kings Way during her last few years. Charlotte is survived by four daughters, Janet Waddell of Quispamsis, Gail Kelley of Holderville, Barbara Fullerton (Tom Mathieson) of Fredericton and Kathleen Fullerton of Long Reach; two sons, Gordon Miller (Lois) of Holderville and George Fullerton (Frances) of Long Reach; three sisters, Margaret Duplisea of Fredericton, Jean Holder of Lower Millstream and Gladys Titus of Gorham’s Bluff; sister-in-law Anne Henderson; fourteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Kenneth Miller; son, Derek Miller (Orpha); son-in-law, David Waddell; two sisters, Mary Gillieo and Betty Whalen; two brothers, Gordon and John Henderson. Resting at Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis, (506) 849-2119, with visitation on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM and Monday 7-9 PM. There will also be a reception at Kings Way Care Centre on Monday from 2-4 PM. A funeral service will be held at Trinity Anglican Church, Kingston, on Tuesday, December 21st, 2010, at 12 Noon. A reception will be held immediately following the funeral service at Kingston Parish Hall. Interment will take place in Long Reach United Church Cemetery following the reception.
