Obituary of Nancy Barton
Nancy Barton ,59, of Hampton, precious and beloved wife of Weston Barton went to be with her Lord and Saviour August 19, 2007. Born in Saint John, N.B., she was the daughter of Eunice (Holt) Wilson and the late Donald Wilson. Nancy is survived by three daughters who will treasure her always: Susan (Steve) Rogers, Quispamsis; Shari (John) Tremblett, Campobello and Sandi (Greg) Gray, Hampton. She was “nanny” and “nana” to 12 grandchildren; Katie, Scott, Jake, Lydia and Madalyn Rogers; Josiah and Hannah Tremblett and Aaden, Tori, Seth, Jude and Lucas Gray. She is also survived by her two special sisters Donna (Bob) Marshall, Halifax and Janice (Burton) Kelly, Quispamsis. She was a member of Rothesay Baptist Church. Nancy was active in ministries at Rothesay Baptist Church such as Gals and Pals, Club 60 and the Social Committee. She will be sadly missed by her dear and wonderful friends. She also leaves behind her dialysis “family”. “Be still and know that I am God”. Resting at Kennebecasis Select Community Funeral Home 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (506) 849-2119, with visitation on Monday 7-9 PM and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2006 at 1:00 PM from Rothesay Baptist Church, Quispamsis, NB, with Rev. Greg Gray officiating. Interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. For those who wish, donations may be made to Rothesay Baptist Church, Canadian Diabetes Association, Kidney Foundation of Canada or Hampton Bible Camp. www.kennebecasisfh.com
