She was a life member of St. David’s United Church UCW, was formerly a Rotary-Ann and volunteered at her church. Helen loved classical music and read literature and British history avidly. For over forty years, she traced the genealogies of her family and that of her husband, and read everything she could about the history of St. Stephen-Milltown. Edwards (Mary Jane) of Los Altos, California; one sister-in-law, Ann McAllister of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas; one cousin, Gordon McAllister of McAdam, NB: two grandchildren, Alicia and Kyle McAllister; two nieces, Catherine Hayashida of California and Dr. Helen Wendler of Massachusetts, USA: one nephew, John B.
