Obituary of Martha Ann McCully

The death of Martha Ann McCully, wife of the late Bruce McCully, occurred on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Shannex Embassy Hall, Quispamsis.

Born on April 6, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Perry and Mabel (Henderson) Saunders. Martha was a lifelong member of St. Luke’s Anglican Church, Gondola Point and the ACW. She was involved with the Gondola Point Council, and the KV Food Bank.

Martha is survived by her son Jeff McCully (Karen) of Quispamsis, grandchildren; Christopher McCully (Sarah), Matthew McCully (Nicola), Meghan MacLean (Ryan), Mallory McCully, and Marlee McCully, great grandchildren; Everett, Amelia, Desmond, Emily, Bradley, Trey, and Crosby, daughter-in-law Paddy-joe McCully, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband Bruce, Martha is predeceased by her son Mark, and her sister Barbara Maxwell (Curtis).

Arrangements are under the care of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (849-2119).  A private family Graveside Service will take place at St. Luke’s Anglican Cemetery, Quispamsis Road, Quispamsis. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
