Obituary of Shirley Beldia Golez

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley (Beldia) Golez, which occurred on Friday, February 28, 2020 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Passi, Philippines on April 5, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Juan and Carina (Daquilania) Beldia.

She was a proud and devoted grandmother, an amazing mother, and spent her life in the service of others. We’ll always remember her for her devotion to her family and to God, her great sense of humor, and of course, her feisty yet loving character.

Shirley is survived by her daughter, Sheila (Mike); her sister, Erlinda Roxas; her many nieces and nephews and five grandchildren, Cierra, Amaya, Layla, Cassie and Chloe. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her family.
