Obituary of Rui Ping Sun

Surrounded by her family, the death of Rui Ping Sun, of Quispamsis, occurred on Monday, June 24, 2019, at her home.

Born on December 15, 1952, in Zheng Zhou, China, she was a daughter of the late Yun Xiang Sun and Yu Hua Wang. Rui Ping was a Pharmaceutical Representative for several years before emigrating to Canada to be with her family. She frequently visited her family and friends in China, she enjoyed playing cards, dancing and socializing with friends and family. Rui Pin will greatly missed by all who knew her, her smile, her warmth, and her caring ways.

Rui Ping is survived by her daughter Yan MacLong (Greg), of Quispamsis, sister Xin Ping Sun of China, brother Xi Lin Sun  of China, and her cherished grandson Christian, whom she loved and adored.

Besides her parents, Rui Ping is predeceased by her sister Qing Ping Sun.

Resting at Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (849-2119) with visiting on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 4-7 PM. A private family interment to take place at Holy Cross Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the KV Extra Mural Program.
