Obituary of Robert Lionel Levesque

It is with great sadness, the family of Robert Lionel Levesque, husband of Angela (Ross) Levesque, announce his passing which occurred on April 29, 2019 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Robert was born in Saint-André, NB, on December 16, 1955.

Robert worked for Universal Truck and Trailer in Saint John. Robert enjoyed boating on the beautiful Belleisle Bay in the summer and snowmobiling in Kingston in the winter. He loved his family and loved to visit his grandchildren.

In addition to his wife, Robert is survived his father Gilbert and his wife Geraldine,  his mother  Denise (Castonguay) Levesque, his son Daniel (Lori) of Kingston; step-son Curtis Phillips of Quispamsis; daughters, Denise (Todd) Miller of Kingston and Ashley Levesque of Saint John; step-daughter Natalie (Bradley) Doiron of Quispamsis; brother Gilles (Debbie) Levesque of Welland, ON; sisters, Geralda (Mark) Waddell of Kingston, and Georgette (Yvan) Rivard of Grand Falls and Michelle Cleveland of Fredericton; grandchildren: Hunter, Alexandra, Islay, Claire, Liam, Asher, Taleah, Nick and Lacey; as well as several nieces and nephews. Robert is predeceased by his son Norbert Levesque, brother Adrien Levesque and sister Gilberte St-John.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (849-2119). In keeping with Robert's wishes, there will be no visitation. A private service will be held for family at Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home. Interment to take place at St. Bridget's Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances in memory of Robert may be made to Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation for Stem Cell research.
