Obituary of Paul Douglas Ouellette

It is with great sadness, the family of Paul Douglas Ouellette announces his passing which occurred on March 28, 2019 at the Kings Way Care Centre in Quispamsis following a 25 year struggle with Multiple Sclerosis. Paul was born in Saint John April 12, 1965. He is survived by his parents Euclide "Clyde" and Lillian (McInytre) Ouellette of Quispamsis.

Paul is also survived by his son Kyle of Alberta, and his sisters Pauline Ouellette (Steven Nelson) of Windsor NS; Helen Ouellette-Roy (Michael Roy) of Portland, Maine; Diane (Brandon) Langille of Fredericton, NB and foster sister Lauza (Donald) Comeau along with a large extended family. He will also be missed by his special friends Lori, Tracy, Bev, Joanne, Michele and Skip.

Paul loved motorcycles, boating, water skiing and the Montreal Canadiens and was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus Rothesay Council 6766. There will be a Knights of Columbus prayer vigil at 7:00 pm Monday during visitation.

Paul’s family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to the staff at Kings Way Care Centre, especially all his personal caregivers, for all their exceptional love, care and compassion.

Arrangements are under the direction of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (849-2119) with visitation on Monday, April 1st from 2:00 - 4:00 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 31 Gondola Point Road,  Rothesay on Tuesday April 2nd at 11:00 am. A private family interment will take place at St. Patrick's Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances in memory of Paul may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society Atlantic Division or to Kings Way LifeCare Alliance.
