I am so very sorry to hear of Dr Regan's passing. He sure was a very good Dr. and I miss him as he was the best eye dr I ever had. He has saved me from going totally blind as he has done surgeries on me so I don't go blind totally. RIP Dr. Regan my special friend.

I had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Regan on a professional level as he operated on both my Mom and Dad for cataracts and diagnosed our 1st child (who is now 41) at the early age of 9Months that allowed her to correct her vision on which she would have lost entirely by the age of 2 years. He was such a great person once my Dad had his cataracts removed he built a model tug boat as he had promised. When Dad brought that to the office he was so proud and your Dad sat down with him and talked boats he had a way with him that was special. I remember my Dad saying he was so busy and made my Dad feel so good that he took the time out of his busy schedule to sit and talk. I just had to share this little story of how great your Dad was .. as I know as a daughter who has lost her Dad many years ago now that it is important to hear from others how Dad touched others as he walked the journey and your Dad was indeed a Special man ... May God Bless, My prayers to the family ....

I was a patient of Dr. Regan's for many years. I am totally deaf and require Sign Language to communicate. What's significant about this, is I only have one working eye. And I had a boatload of problems with that eye. Dr. Regan helped me to retain my sight in that eye, which was basically my whole LIFE. I still have my sight today, thanks to Dr. Regan. He was a very funny doctor, and I just feel that we bonded even though I was merely his patient. He always seemed happy to see me. I enjoyed my visits with him through my interpreter. I am very saddened by his passing. And he will always be in my thoughts and prayers - Mark
