I was a patient of Dr. Regan's for many years. I am totally deaf and require Sign Language to communicate. What's significant about this, is I only have one working eye. And I had a boatload of problems with that eye. Dr. Regan helped me to retain my sight in that eye, which was basically my whole LIFE. I still have my sight today, thanks to Dr. Regan. He was a very funny doctor, and I just feel that we bonded even though I was merely his patient. He always seemed happy to see me. I enjoyed my visits with him through my interpreter. I am very saddened by his passing. And he will always be in my thoughts and prayers - Mark
