I am saddened to hear this news. I have known Marybeth since our days at KVHS. Then, I was fortunate enough to work with her when she was our Resource And Methods teacher at Dr. A.T.Leatherbarrow School. MaryBeth truly cared about the kids she worked with at school and was passionate about doing everything she could to help them. She carried this passion on with her friendships and in her love for her own daughters, husband and family. She touched so many lives with her kindness and caring. Heartfelt condolences go out to her family.

I am so sorry for your loss. I only met Mary Beth briefly at Rothesay Elementary as I waited to talk to my son's teacher. She must have taken 10 minutes of her own time that busy day to talk with me. We talked about our kids and she even talked about her husband. I felt like I was talking to an old friend I hadn't seen in ages. If she made that impact on me in a short time, I can just imagine the impact she made on her family and friends.

My family and I are so sorry for your loss. I knew Mary Beth way back in Kennebecasis Park Elementary School. She was in the same class as my brother and I was a year younger but I remember Mary Beth when I went to her grade for reading or when she and her friends skipped rope and played games with me even though I was a year younger than them. She made me feel welcomed. After graduating KVHS I moved to Ontario and the US to work in Cancer research. My family and I moved back home last year and our twin girls now attend Rothesay Elementary where Mary Beth worked. She will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your whole family.
