Obituary of Catherine Ann Francis

It is with great sadness that the family of  Catherine Ann Francis announce her passing on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at the Saint John Regional Hospital, with her loving husband, George by her side.

Born on April 8,1959, in Saint John, NB she was a daughter of the late Jack and Mildred Logan. Catherine cherished her children and grandchildren with unwavering love. She had a deep affection for all animals and consistently prioritized the needs of others above her own. Always ready to lend a helping hand, Catherine found joy in nature and spent countless hours nurturing her garden.

Catherine will be lovingly remembered by her husband, George, her two sons, Jeremy and Justin (Lindsey) Francis, her grandchildren, Hunter, Abbagail and Isla Francis, her sister, Susan (James) Smallman, as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Catherine was predeceased by her parents, Jack and Mildred Logan.

In keeping with Catherine’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. Resting at Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (506-849-2119), with visitation on Friday, April 4, 2025, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. For those who wish, donations in memory of Catherine can be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
