Obituary of Ellen Elizabeth Miller

Ellen (Davidson) Miller, died peacefully on March 21, 2025, at Bobby's Hospice.

 Ellen was born on August 7, 1944, to Lorek and Gwen (Mullin) Davidson. Ellen is survived by her sisters; Vivan (Alonzo), Evelyn (Earle), her brother Keith (Cathy). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. 

Ellen will be missed by all, especially at our family gatherings where she could debate knowledgeably on any subject. Ellen was very kind and did use her degree as a chartered accountant to help many. Ellen graduated from Mount Allison University with a Bachelor of Home Economics, and worked as a teacher for a few years, until she found what she really excelled at. In Ontario, she obtained her CA & CPA degree, Ellen worked in her own business in Kitchener, ON, for years. She did become Business Woman of the Year during this time. Ellen loved playing bridge and attending book clubs. She had many close and dear friends, and she had the privilege of traveling extensively. Ellen went to Heaven to have a family reunion. We will meet later Ellen.

A thank you goes out to Bobby's Hospice and the Oncology Department at the Saint John Regional Hospital for their excellent care of Ellen. 

Arrangements are under the care of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis (506-849-2119). A celebration of Ellen's life will be held at a later date. For those who wish, donations in memory of Ellen can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
