Very sorry to hear this bad news. Mark was a friend when I visited the Moncton office and a very loyal colleague. He was too young for this to happen.

My sincere condolences to all of Mark’s family and friends. I worked with Mark at Vipond for a brief period while he was working in our Mississauga office in 1976. He was an excellent draftsman and his hand-lettering on his drawings was impeccable and would match any AutoCAD drawing today. I remember Mark as a very thoughtful person and my wife and I still have the wedding present he so kindly gave us back in 1977. He was a great guy and we had many good laughs together. RIP Mark.

My sincere condolences to the family. I had the pleasure of working with Mark throughout his last years at Vipond and it was truly a pleasure. He was such a sweet man and so very knowledgeable. One of my favourite memories will always be the bits and bites he would bring in at Christmas time. It was always the highlight of the season for me as his was my favourite.

Words cannot express how devastated I am at my oldest and best friend’s passing. Mark and I started out our lives living next store to each other on Watson St. Playing together before we even went to school, I was so sad when Mark, being 6 months older, started school a year before me. My Mom would watch to see the children from New Albert School come out to play for recess. She would walk me across the street so I could play with Mark. Our friendship lasted our entire lives. 70 years still wasn’t long enough. My son, Mark, was named after him, and both my sons called him Uncle Mark. I grieve for and with Robyn and Nicole and Sue over the loss of this wonderful man.
