Obituary of Sandra Ruth Morris

It is with heavy hearts that the family announce the passing of Sandra Ruth Morris of Rothesay, wife of Allen Morris, on Friday, January 20, 2017 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on March 31, 1944 in Saint John, she was a daughter of the late James and Ruth (Silliphant) Heans. Besides her husband, Sandra is survived by her children, Blair (Darlene) of Saint John, Lori Gordon (Mark) of Greenwood, NS, and Andrea Morris (Carson) of Saint John, brothers; Ronald Heans (Margaret) of Quispamsis, Bev Heans (Brenda) of Long Reach, sister Frances Heans of BC, ten grandchildren, 4 great -grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. The family wishes to express their thanks to Dr. Karen Rombaut, the staff of 3BN and Extra Mural for their care and compassion. At Sandra's request, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Road, Quispamsis, (849-2119). For those who wish, remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
