To Steve's family: I was Steve's counterpart on the government side of the Canadian Patrol Frigate Project. Though I never had the pleasure to meet him again, I still remember him well as an honest, straight-shooting, determined company officer. His combined professionalism, knowledge and courtesy was always present in our dealings. You have every right to be proud of him.
